~ Cancellations must be received 24 hours of schedule visits in order to be credited for Sit & Stay Pet Care services. With the exceptions of severe weather, life threating emergencies or a death in family, any pet care cancellations will result in a 50% cancellation penalty on the amount due for scheduled services in the event of extenuating circumstance a credit will be offered for use on future services. Credit amount must be used within 6 months and is not subject to a refund.
